Mental health challenges during the teen and young adult years are common
Many teens and young adults reach a point where stress, mood changes, or attention problems start affecting daily life. School pressure, social expectations, family dynamics, and life transitions can make it hard to focus, stay motivated, or feel emotionally steady.
Young people often come to Insight Therapy and Wellness when they notice:

Anxiety that feels constant or difficult to control

Depression that affects motivation, energy, or enjoyment

ADHD symptoms that interfere with focus or follow through

Mood changes that affect school, relationships, or daily routines

Stress that feels overwhelming or difficult to manage
Our clinicians help teens and young adults understand what is happening and create a plan that supports both short term stability and long term mental health.
A Collaborative and Holistic Approach
Mental health care works best when it looks at the full picture. At Insight Therapy and Wellness, treatment is not limited to one service. We offer therapy, psychiatric medication management, and psychological testing within the same practice so care can stay coordinated.
We take time to:
- Understand academic, social, and family stressors
- Provide therapy focused on coping skills and emotional regulation
- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations
- Assess whether medication may be helpful when symptoms persist
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed
Because our clinicians work together, teens and young adults receive coordinated care that supports progress across school, relationships, and daily life.
