When Anger Starts Affecting Daily Life
Many people seek support for anger when they notice:

Feeling easily triggered or reacting more intensely than intended

Difficulty calming down once upset

Irritability that affects relationships, work, or daily interactions

Saying or doing things in the moment that feel hard to take back

Anger connected to stress, anxiety, or past experiences
At Insight Therapy and Wellness, anger management is not about suppressing emotions. It is about understanding what is underneath the reaction and building skills to respond in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
A Collaborative and Holistic Approach
Anger management is most effective when it looks at the full picture.
At Insight Therapy and Wellness, therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, and psychological evaluations are available within the same practice so your care can remain coordinated and comprehensive.
We take time to:
- Understand triggers, patterns, and underlying emotional responses
- Identify how stress, anxiety, or past experiences contribute to anger
- Teach practical skills for emotional regulation and response control
- Build strategies to manage reactions in real-time situations
- Assess whether medication may be helpful when mood or reactivity is persistent
- Provide evaluations when additional clarity is needed
- Monitor progress and adjust your plan over time
Because our providers collaborate, your care is not fragmented. It is intentional, connected, and tailored to your needs.
Whether anger is affecting your relationships, work, or sense of control, we meet you where you are.
