On the basis of a humanistic and holistic approach, Linzi integrates other approaches such as Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain insight and reconnect with themselves. She believes in building a strong therapeutic alliance and the power of a trusting, nonjudgmental, and collaborative relationship. For her therapeutic approach, Linzi focuses on discovering client strengths, developing new perspectives, and exploring alternatives that help client achieve their goals. Through therapy, she intends to help clients recognize and connect with their core feelings in a safe space where clients can be listened to and where their unique personal experiences can be valued. She believes that everyone has the potential to change towards a life that aligns with their desired future. 

Linzi is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University. She has experiences in both outpatient and inpatient settings, where she supported client from all walks of their lives with symptoms of anxiety and depression. She also supported clients who were new to therapy, who were experiencing somatic symptoms, and who were going through difficult life transitions or familial conflicts. Linzi is interested in working with adolescents and adults and problems including adjustment issues, mood disorders, and various life concerns. Through their work together, Linzi is committed to making clients feel heard and increasing their wellbeing.
