Madison Love, CIT
is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work. She believes the therapeutic environment is built on trust and collaboration, and strives to create a warm, empathetic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
She has a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build insight, develop practical skills, and create lasting change. Madison recognizes that every person’s experiences are unique and adapts treatment goals to meet each client’s individual needs.
Madison has experience working with adults in PHP and IOP settings, supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and substance use. She looks forward to collaborating with clients as they build resilience, foster greater self-understanding, and move towards lasting growth.
